Looks like you do not have the free java 1.5 (or later) plugin for your browser. Java is a plugin which lets you do alot of cool things right from your browser... You should get it so you can create and view screencasts:

    Choose width:

    • 4:08Double click to rename
    • 4:34Hold ALT
    • 5:23Press D for default colors
    • 5:32Press X to switch foreground and background colors
    • 5:38Press ALT & Backspace to fill the active layer with the foreground color
    • 6:08Transform = CTRL T
    • 6:25Look under Edit -> Transform for details
    • 7:17CTRL T to transform each image
    • 8:08Select the image layer and press V to move
    • 9:17Press B for brush - X if you need to switch to white
    • 12:26Flip colors by pressing X
    • 12:53View your layer mask by holding ALT and clicking the image thumbnail
    • 13:21Select both layers by holding Shift or CTRL, then right click and select Link Layers
