    • 0:05Important to record Name of organisation and user of eLPS Tool
    • 0:30The 5 Stages of eMaturity users are considering
    • 0:33Area in which users can add any evidence to back-up identified position
    • 0:52Click Start to enter the eLPS Tool
    • 0:57Here the user can select the theme to work through
    • 1:21For this example we will look at the Learner Support Theme
    • 1:27Click Select
    • 1:30The screen you are taken to has 5 elements
    • 1:50Users can change their mind and go back to look at another theme
    • 1:54We will continue for this example
    • 2:04Here the user has to select which position they are at for the element
    • 2:11The is an explanation of each element on the appropriate screen
    • 2:22In this example we choose Early Stages
    • 2:29The explantion of the positional level is provided
    • 2:39Notes of evidence the user may have can be added to the text box now or at a future time
    • 3:26The user clicks Select to confirm that level applies to their organisation
    • 3:28They could have gone back and chosen a different level
    • 3:33The following screen records the identified position and reminds users to provide evidence etc.
    • 3:46Clicking Select moves the user onto the next element
    • 3:51This will become familiar; info about the element, positional selection and current record of evidence and current position
    • 4:04Established was selected and the "are you sure page" follows
    • 4:16More evidence added
    • 5:15User confirms position for 4b
    • 5:18Summary page, reminder to record evidence/actions and identified current position
    • 5:27The user will now quickly go through the other elements for this theme
    • 5:50When all elements have been completed clicking Select take the user to the Summary Page
    • 6:07Here it is important to print (for records) Copy and save evidence into other documents as appropriate (they will be cleared)
    • 6:24When user is sure data is saved/printed etc. they click Clear and restart
    • 6:29The next user can repeat the process or the same user can go through a different theme
