Notes
- Hey David. Here is a quick tutorial on how to render out an image in maya.
- First find the angle you want to render from.
- then Click on the little "movie clapper" Icon in the menu.
- When you click it it will bring up a separate window. This is your "render View"
- After a few seconds the render is complete.
- (resizing the render view window so you can see it better.)
- Now go to "file" then "save image"
- The default location will be the "images" folder of the maya project you are working on.
- Change the file format to the type you prefer, in this case JPEG is probably best. Enter the name you want for the file and hit save.
