      Click on the Picture then go to the Edit Menu - Copy (or hit Ctrl-C)

      Click on new picture. Go to the Edit Menu - choose Paste Special - Paste Format.

      Click on photo with formatting hit Ctrl-C (Cmd-C on a Mac) to copy the photo. Click on the new photo Hit Ctrl-Shift-F (Cmd-Shift-F on a Mac) to Paste Format

      Hi Tiffany,
      Nice video! (Let's get you a foam cover for that microphone though to reduce the breath pops.) I suggest you try the following: When you are getting ready to select the photos to which you are going to apply copied formatting, hold down the Ctrl key and keep it held down. By doing so you can then click multiple photos! Each photo will be added to a group of selections. Once you have selected all the photos or design elements you want, release the Ctrl key and perform the Paste Special>Paste Format command as you demonstrated. Voila! each of the selected photos has the format applied without having to deal with each one separately!

      Thank you so much for doing this, but I wanted to let you know of
      an error. Right after you put a drop shadow, the video quits.
