Looks like you do not have the free java 1.5 (or later) plugin for your browser. Java is a plugin which lets you do alot of cool things right from your browser... You should get it so you can create and view screencasts:

    • 0:00Go to uTorrent.com
    • 0:14Head over to the Download section.
    • 0:19Download the Stable release.
    • 0:48Open utorrent.exe to install.
    • 0:57Let uTorrent be the default program for .torrent files.
    • 1:02Cancel the speed test.
    • 1:09Now we need a site to download the .torrent files.
    • 1:15Go to mininova.org.
    • 1:20We're going to download the new Iron & Wine EP, Boy with a Coin.
    • 1:27So search that.
    • 1:37A result was found. Click it.
    • 1:53Click "Download this torrent!"
    • 2:03Now uTorrent opens up.
    • 2:06The files within the .torrent are listed.
    • 2:10Now we can set where the files will be downloaded to.
    • 2:16The text file at the end is useless, so uncheck it to not download it.
    • 2:23There it is. Now it's downloading.
    • 3:12Let's limit the upload amount so the connection is less busy.
    • 3:18Anywhere from 5-25 is fine. Anything more than that slows down your download speed.
    • 3:24Now we sit and wait. I'll play solitaire.
    • 3:28And lose badly.
    • 4:16OK. It's almost done. I'll just have to accept the fact that I got royally owned.
    • 4:21Now that it's done, we can remove the .torrent file from the window. Right-click > Remove.
    • 4:35Now I'll go to the location where I told the files to download to.
    • 5:01Awesome. It worketh. Chicka chicka yeah.
