      Click on Help and then select "About Skype" from the dropdown menu.

      The Skype Version must be 5.0 or higher in order for group video calling to work.

      If you are running Skype Version 4.X, open your web browser and go to http://skype.en.softonic.com/download.

      If you are running Windows, click on the green "Free Download" button to download the latest version of Skype (in this case, 5.6.0.105).

      If you are a Mac user, click on the "Skype 5.4.0.1217 for Mac" link to download the latest version of Skype for Mac.
