Notes
- Screencast-O-Matic is a good web tool that does not have to be downloaded. Students can create their own tutorials or step guides (think math problems, diagramming sentences...
- ...Students could use this program to create a guide on how they created a device to keep an egg from breaking in their science class "Egg Drop Project." :-)
- Most students who create step guides generally will remember the information because they've actively used that information.
- Do you remember how to narrow a search? Is it And, Or...Not?
- Narrow a search by using "And" like: Dogs and Collie.
- This presentation was created using Screencast-O-Matic, Microsoft Powerpoint, Galileo and animated clipart from IMindmap.
- Thanks for watching! Your assignment: Create a step guide on a Web 2.0 tool of your choice. :-)
