      Spacebar>>Add>>Mesh>>Circle

      Go into editmode.

      Use the "E" key to extrude all selected vertices.

      Use the "S" key to scale them outward.

      Extrude again.
    • 0:32
      Press "Alt-M" to merge ring of vertices into one.

      On the editing panel (F9) add a subsurf modifier, and set subsurf level to 2.

      Set smooth
    • 0:43
      go back into editmode, press the "A" key till everything is selected then hit "Cntrl-N" to get rid of dark marks.
